Refund policy
1. Right of return
As plants are living and perishable products, I cannot accept returns of plants. I advise my customers to check carefully before finalizing an order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately to discuss possible solutions.
For all other products that are not live plants, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The return of the goods is at your own expense and must be made within the withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to your special requirements or personalized, or to products that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed.
2. Damaged or faulty plants
If a delivered plant is damaged or faulty, please contact me within 2 days of receipt. Send me photos of the damaged plant to clarify the matter. During this time, the plant must not be removed from the substrate supplied and moved.
3. Refunds
Refunds or compensation for damaged or defective plants can be arranged with Serenity Botanics after submitting pictures of the defects. Please understand that the processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
