Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days of receipt and ship Monday through Wednesday unless otherwise noted.

Orders are shipped via DHL. In winter, the shipping costs include a heat pack and winter packaging. I reserve the right to change the shipping service provider depending on the situation to ensure timely delivery.

Make sure you are available at the specified address at the time of delivery. Upon receipt of the delivery, please check the products for integrity and defects.

7. Lost or damaged shipments

Contact me immediately if a shipment is lost or arrives damaged so that I can investigate the problem and find a solution.

8. Returns

Due to the nature of the products (live plants), returns are not normally possible unless there is an error on the part of the company. Please read my returns policy for more information.
